Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Welcome to the Shipping and Delivery Policy of The Prime Shop BD. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods, such as sales events or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following general delivery estimates:

• Inside City (Local): 1 - 2 Business Days
• Outside City (Nationwide): 3 - 5 Business Days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s) and courier details. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number on the respective courier's website to track the journey of your package.

4. In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our physical location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email/SMS when your order is ready along with instructions.

5. Damages and Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will arrange a replacement for you as swiftly as possible.
